This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking face painting, hair styling, and makeup services with Ella Bella Style. By making a booking or enquiry through this website, you agree to the terms below.

Services Offered

Ella Bella Style provides professional:

Children’s face painting
Glitter tattoos, face & hair glitter, gems, and bubble braids
Glam and special effects makeup
Hair styling for events, weddings, proms, and productions

All services are delivered in person at your chosen venue.

Bookings & Enquiries

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once details are agreed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

To secure a booking, you may be required to:

Provide full event details
Pay a deposit or full payment (where applicable)

Ella Bella Style reserves the right to decline bookings where safety, suitability, or logistical requirements cannot be met.

Age & Safety Requirements

Face painting is available for children aged 3 years and over only
Children with contagious illnesses, open wounds, cold sores, or severe allergies cannot be face painted due to hygiene and safety regulations
A parent or guardian must remain responsible for their child at all times

All products used are professional, skin-safe, non-toxic, and compliant with UK and EU cosmetic regulations.

Pricing & Travel

Prices may vary depending on event location, duration, and number of attendees
Mileage or travel fees may apply outside the local service area
Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed in advance

Cancellations & Changes

Client Cancellations

Cancellations must be made as early as possible
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within the agreed notice period
Full payment may be required for late cancellations

Changes to Bookings

Changes to date, time, or location must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Artist Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Ella Bella Style needs to cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, you will be offered:

A rescheduled date (subject to availability), or
A full refund of any payments made

Photography

Photos may be taken during events for portfolio and social media purposes.
Parental/guardian consent will always be requested, and photography is optional.

Liability

Ella Bella Style holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
We are not responsible for:

Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies
Injuries unrelated to the services provided
Loss or damage caused by third parties or venue conditions
