Ella Bella Style

Ella Bella Style provides in-person face painting, hair styling, and makeup services for events, parties, weddings, proms, and productions. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website.

By enquiring about or booking a service through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Service Delivery

All services are delivered in person at the agreed event location. No items are shipped or posted.

Services may include:

Children’s face painting
Glitter tattoos, face & hair glitter, gems, and bubble braids
Glam and special effects makeup
Hair styling for events and productions

Booking & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability
A booking is confirmed once event details are agreed and confirmation is issued
Ella Bella Style reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if safety, suitability, or logistical requirements cannot be met

Travel & Location

Pricing may vary depending on event location, duration, and number of attendees
Mileage or travel fees may apply and will be discussed before confirmation
The client is responsible for providing accurate event location details

Cancellations & Changes

Client Cancellations

Cancellations must be made as early as possible
Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable for late cancellations
Full payment may be required for cancellations within the agreed notice period

Changes to Bookings

Requests to change dates, times, or locations are subject to availability
Changes must be confirmed in writing

Arrival & Setup

Ella Bella Style will arrive early to allow time for setup where applicable
A suitable space must be provided for face painting or makeup services
Delays caused by lack of access, space, or unsafe conditions may reduce service time

Health & Safety

Face painting is available for children aged 3 years and over only
Children with contagious illnesses, open wounds, cold sores, or severe allergies cannot be face painted
Parents/guardians remain responsible for children at all times

All products used are professional, skin-safe, non-toxic, and compliant with UK and EU cosmetic regulations.

Photography

Photos may be taken during events for portfolio and social media use only with consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Liability

Ella Bella Style holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance.

We are not responsible for:

Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies
Injuries unrelated to the services provided
Issues arising from venue conditions or third-party actions
